All our parcels are sent with NZ post courier service, you will receive tracking information once the courier picks up your parcel. We pack orders as soon as reasonably possible, usually on the day of order, but allow up to 2 business days to be picked up.
Once with the courier shipping times are as follows:
Within NZ: next day delivery (+1 day rural)
Outside of NZ: 3-10 Business days
Please also note there are some shipping delays at present due to COVID which are outside of our control

PLEASE CHOOSE CAREFULLY. WE OFFER EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT ONLY, NO REFUNDS.
All items purchased via a sale price are final sale - we do not offer exchanges. (Please note that this does not include the welcome sign up code offering 10% off - these items are considered to be fully priced purchases and are eligible for exchange.)

We only accept back garments purchased via NVV.WORLD
Items ordered on Pre Order basis are considered as sold and a “pre-order” order cannot be canceled.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if it does not reach our standards.
All shipping costs relating to an exchange or returned item are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is deemed faulty. Please ensure you check duties, taxes as each order is shipped from New Zealand.
HOW TO RETURN
Steps to return an item –
1. Please send an email to us as soon as possible/ within 48 hours of receiving your garment. Please state your order number, styles and sizes with an outline of the reason for your return and confirmation the item is unworn with tags attached and in original packaging.
2. Send your return (with tracking) to:

Please enclose your name and order number inside.
3. Items are sent back at the customer's expense using a traceable shipping method within 5 days of receiving the item; unless your garment is deemed faulty in which case we will reimburse the shipping charge.
4. All items will then be assessed and store credit or exchange will be issued.
We accept payments from all major credit cards via SWIPE, PAYPAL, LayBuy and After Pay.
All duties, customs and border chargers are the responsibility of the purchaser. We ship all orders from New Zealand and advise you to inquire with your local post office to clarify what extra charges may occur.
PRE ORDER DEPOSITS
1. Upon ordering you can choose to pay in full, or a 50% deposit + the full delivery cost. Your delivery details will be requested at this stage.
2. You will be sent an order confirmation after payment is made.
3. When the item is ready we will email you requesting that the remaining 50% balance is paid (all of our payment options including AFTERPAY will be available). Your order will be sent to you once payment has been made, and you will be sent tracking information.
4. The estimated time required to make each item is specified on each product page.
5. Ordered items are considered as sold and the “pre-order” cannot be canceled.
6. If for any reason your item is unable to be fulfilled we will notify you as soon as possible will refund your deposit in full.
DUTIES, TAXES AND BORDER CHARGES
Duties (or customs tariffs) are set by the destination country customs authorities and determined based on a combination of where the goods are being purchased from and where they are being sent to - we send all international orders via DHL from New Zealand. We do not take any responsibility for duties, taxes and border charges. We advise you to inquire with your local DHL office to clarify what extra charges may occur, if you are concerned about these charges.
